725.05 FEES.

   For the license to be issued under the provisions of this chapter each applicant shall pay to the City a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per year. A separate identification badge shall be required for each additional individual peddler, whether or not employed by one person, firm or corporation and a fee of five dollars ($5.00) shall be paid for each additional identification badge for peddlers employed by one person, firm or corporation under one license. The annual fees provided for herein shall be assessed on a calendar year basis commencing January 1 of each year. (Ord. 36-14. Passed 4-28-14.)
