713.01 DEFINITIONS.

   (a)   "Public dance" means any dance to which admission may be had by the payment directly or indirectly, of a fee, or any dance to which the public generally may gain admission with or without the payment of a fee.

   (b)   "Special dance permit for a specific location" means the permit issued to any person, corporation or association sponsoring a public dance on a given calendar date.

   (c)   "Yearly dance permit for a specific location" means the permit issued annually on June 1, of each calendar year to persons, corporations or associations who conduct public dances on a regular basis as a part of their regular business operations.
