557.05 FEES; ADMINISTRATIVE OR SUPERVISORY COSTS.

   (a)   When the Superintendent of Building Inspection and Zoning or designee causes weeds and other undesirable vegetation to be cut or land cleaned of litter, as provided in Section 557.04, the following costs are to be assessed to the premises as stated in Section 557.06 which may include, but are not limited to: administrative and supervisory costs; transportation of equipment; equipment operation and rental; waste removal cost and labor necessary to perform various tasks.

   (b)   Administrative and supervisory costs shall be $100.00 per annum per parcel when the City causes noxious weeds, grass or vegetation to be cut and destroyed or litter to be collected and removed or corrects or abates any property maintenance violation on any parcel.
