541.09 IMPROPER OPERATION OF A VEHICLE ON CITY-OWNED PROPERTY.

   (a)   No person shall operate any snowmobile, all purpose vehicle, motorcycle, motorized bicycle or motor vehicle on real property owned by the City of Fairfield, Ohio, which is not paved or to which access by the general public is restricted by fence or posted notice.

   (b)   This section shall not apply to employees, agents or contractors of the City of Fairfield or public or quasi-public utility companies in the performance of their duties or to persons who have received specific permission from the City Manager to operate any such vehicles in the areas of City-owned property referenced in subsection (a) above.

   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of improper operation of a vehicle on City-owned property, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
