521.16 SMOKING PROHIBITED IN CITY BUILDINGS.

(a) No person shall burn or smoke any pipe tobacco, cigarette, cigar or other tobacco product inside of any building owned by the City of Fairfield, Ohio.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
