351.13   PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS.
   (a)   No person shall park any vehicle, excluding passenger vans, rated in excess of three-quarters (3/4) ton, or any trailer or semi-trailer as defined in Ohio R.C. 4511.01, upon any street in a residential area between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
   (b)   This section shall not apply to commercial vehicles on regular delivery or service calls.
   (c)   An area shall be considered a residential area if a majority of the buildings in the area are single or multiple family residences.
   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
