168.09 MAINTENANCE OF APPROVED URBAN RENEWAL PLANS.

   The Director of City Planning shall maintain copies of urban renewal plans approved by City Council together with copies of the blight documentation required by Section 168.04. The Director of City Planning shall cause to be prepared and maintained maps of the City depicting boundaries of urban renewal areas including all plans approved after the adoption. The Director of City Planning may cause copies of such plans and maps to be recorded.
