163.17 CONFLICT WITH EMPLOYEE CONTRACTS.

Any provisions of this chapter or these Codified Ordinances which are inconsistent or conflict with any provision of any contract or agreement with any City employee bargaining unit shall be superseded by the provisions of such contract or agreement. Copies of such contracts or agreements are on file in the office of the Clerk of Council for interested parties. Provisions of this chapter that are not included in a contract or agreement with a City Employee Bargaining Unit are not applicable to employees included in said bargaining unit.
