163.12 VESTING OF BENEFITS.

(a) All City benefits shall inure to each and every full-time employee of the City after thirty days of service unless a longer waiting period has been established for a specific benefit in the City Health and Dental Benefit Plan.

(b) Benefits shall be defined as to include but not be limited to, vacation time, sick leave time and any other benefit of the employee.
