163.11   OVERTIME; CALL-IN PAY.
   (a)   The rate of one and one-half times the regular rate of pay shall be paid in each of the following instances:
(1)   For all work performed by a full-time employee in excess of the employee's normally scheduled work hours in the twenty-four hour period beginning with the start of an employee's normal shift.
(2)   For all work performed in excess of forty hours in any normal work week for which overtime has not previously been earned.
(3)   All work performed by full-time employees on Saturday and Sunday, except for employees performing regularly scheduled shift work on Saturday and Sunday.
(4)   The overtime provisions of this section shall not apply to department or division heads or any other employees who are exempt under the Federal Wage and Hour Law.
(5)   For all work performed by part-time firefighters responding to a recall necessitated by a major incident.
(6)   For all work performed by part-time employees when working on any of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. This holiday pay would apply to hours worked from midnight to midnight on the designated days. In addition, this holiday pay would be paid to part-time employees working from 6:00 p.m. to midnight on December 24 and December 31.
 
   (b)   Pyramiding of Premium and/or Overtime Pay. The allowance of overtime or premium payment on any hour for which an employee receives overtime or premium compensation eliminates that hour from consideration for overtime or premium payment on any other basis. If the time worked falls under two or more overtime and/or premium pay classifications, the higher rate shall prevail.
   (c)   A full-time employee who is called in to work outside his/her normal work shift shall be paid one and one-half times the employee's regular rate of pay.
(1)   Full-time employees shall be entitled to a minimum of three hours call-in, providing call-in is at least three hours prior to the employee's normal work shift.
(2)   Full-time employees called in to work shall receive one-half hour travel time from home to work provided the time worked is less than eight hours.
