163.10 TRAVEL TIME.
(a) "Employee travel time" means that time which the employee used or expended in traveling to the designated City or area and such shall be reimbursed by the City upon proper authorization of the City Manager.
(b) If such employee is an "hourly employee", the amount of compensation due him will be computed as in any similar case, or if such employee is employed by the City, such amount of compensation shall be determined by such employee's immediate supervisor or the appropriate administrative officer with the approval of the City Manager.
(c) In all instances of travel time, compensation is to be made to the employee, as in all other similar situations where such employee is working for the City. Such compensation is to be made in compliance with the pay ordinance then in effect including any overtime pay ordinance then in effect.
