163.001 FULL TIME EMPLOYEE DEFINED.

   For purposes of this chapter, a "full-time" employee shall include all members of the civil service as defined in Section 8.04(B) of the Charter and who are employed on a regular basis and are compensated by the City for an average of forty or more hours per week excluding seasonal employees as defined in Section 8.04(B)(14) of the Charter.
