145.05 PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR FULL-TIME FIRE SERVICE PERSONNEL.

The probationary period for all appointments and promotions to full-time positions in the Fire Service of the City of Fairfield, Ohio, shall be one year, except as otherwise provided by applicable collective bargaining agreement. As used in this chapter, “Fire Service” refers only to uniformed Fire Service personnel.
