105.01 WARDS ESTABLISHED.

In accordance with the City Charter, the four wards of the City are hereby reapportioned and the boundaries thereof shall be as are hereinafter set forth, which boundaries are fixed so that each ward shall contain substantially equal population in accordance with Section 3.03(B) of the City Charter.
