741.06 ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCES.

In addition to criminal penalties provided in this chapter, the Law Director may apply in the name of the City of Fairfield, Ohio to any court of competent jurisdiction for an order restraining and/or enjoining any continuing violation of any provision of this chapter as a public nuisance per se.
