187.99 PENALTIES.
   (a)   (1)   Except as otherwise provided herein, a violation of Section 187.14(a), (b), or (d) shall be a minor misdemeanor as defined in Chapter 501. The court shall sentence the offender to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each violation.
      (2)   If the offender has previously been convicted of or pleaded guilty to a violation of Section 187.14(a); (b), (c) or (d), a violation of Section 187.14(a), (b), or (d) shall be a misdemeanor of the third degree as defined in Chapter 501. The court shall sentence the offender to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation.
   (b)   (1)    Except as otherwise provided herein, a violation of Section 187.14(c) shall be a Misdemeanor of the Third Degree as defined in Chapter 501. The court shall sentence the offender to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each violation.
      (2)    If the offender has previously been convicted of or pleaded guilty to a violation of Section 187.14(a), (b), (c), or (d), a violation of Section 187.14(c) shall be a Misdemeanor of the First Degree as defined in Chapter 501. The court shall sentence the offender to a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each violation.
   (c)    The organizational liability and penalty provisions of Chapter 501 shall apply to violations of this Chapter.
