335.19 IMPROPER USE OF NONCOMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE.

(a) No person shall use a motor vehicle registered as a noncommercial motor vehicle as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01 for other than the purposes set forth in that section.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
