905.05 RESIDENTIAL TRAFFIC MITIGATION PROGRAM.

   (a)   The Residential Traffic Mitigation Program dated December, 2000, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council is hereby adopted by reference.

   (b)   The Traffic Advisory Committee (TAC) as described in the Residential Traffic Mitigation Program adopted in subsection (a) above is hereby established with the membership, powers, duties and functions as described therein.
