164.01 MEMBERSHIP AND TERMS OF CULTURAL ARTS ADVISORY COMMISSION.

   The Cultural Arts Advisory Commission shall consist of nine (9) members who shall be appointed as follows: seven (7) members each appointed by the individual members of Council (not from among Council members); one (1) member appointed by the Parks and Recreation Board (not from among its members); and one (1) member appointed by the Fairfield City School District Board of Education (not from among its members). Commencing with the April 1, 2007 terms, three (3) members shall be appointed for one (1) year terms, three (3) members for two (2) year terms and three (3) members for three (3) year terms. Thereafter, all appointments shall be for three (3) year terms except as appointments may be made to complete any unexpired term. In accordance with Section 11.02 of the Fairfield City Charter, all members of the Cultural Arts Advisory shall be qualified electors of the City of Fairfield.
