1339.13 WATCHMAN.

When anything is being hoisted, loaded or unloaded over a sidewalk, or when any trucks cross over same, in a congested district or on an arterial highway, at least one watchman shall be stationed there to warn and protect all persons from injury or damage. (Ord. 46-13. Passed 5-28-13.)
