1331.01 GENERAL PROVISIONS.

The location, size and height of accessory buildings, structures and fences is controlled by the Zoning Ordinance. No building or structure shall be permitted on any easement; however, fences may be placed along or on easements at the property owner's risk. (Ord. 46-13. Passed 5-28-13.)
