1305.02 INSPECTIONS.

There shall be inspectors of building, electrical wiring, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), and Zoning, appointed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Civil Service Commission, who shall be under the direction of the Building Superintendent.
