953.09 DISPOSAL OF YARD WASTE.
On or after December 1, 1993, no person, firm or corporation shall place or cause to be placed any yard waste, which includes but is not limited to, leaves, grass clippings, tree limbs and brush, for disposal by the solid waste contractor of the City except as part of a "pay per bag" or similar yard waste disposal service authorized by the solid waste contractor of the City in accordance with the requirements of State law as to disposal of yard waste. The City of Fairfield shall sell yard waste removal stickers to the public at the price charged to the City for such stickers by the solid waste contractor.
