Members are expected to attend all scheduled meetings of the Commission. Absence of a member from three consecutive regular meetings, or more than four regular meetings in a six-month period, without prior consent of the Chairperson, as noted in the Commission’s official minutes, constitutes the voluntary resignation of the member and the position shall be declared vacant.
