§ 10.12.010 ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   By resolution, the Town Council, upon recommendation of the town’s Traffic Engineer, may establish tow-away zones in the town wherein it shall be unlawful to park, or permit to be parked, any motor vehicle during hours specified in the resolution.
   (B)   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      TOW-AWAY ZONE. Any area of town street in Fairfax designated by appropriate signs wherein parking of vehicles is prohibited by resolution of the Town Council at specified times and permitted at other times.
