§ 5.28.040 PERMIT; FEE.
   There is imposed a permit fee in an amount to be set from time to time by resolution of the Town Council per annum for every board or sign, as defined in § 5.28.010, maintained within the town, which permit fee shall be paid in advance to the Chief of Police, upon granting by the Town Council of any permit under this chapter, and annually thereafter in advance.
