(a) Whoever violates any provision of Sections 915.02 to 915.21, inclusive, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00). Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (b) Whoever violates any provision of Sections 915.22 shall be deemed guilty of a second degree misdemeanor.
