(a) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, exclusive of Sections 913.06 and 913.10, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25). Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. (b) Any person who violates provisions of Sections 913.06 and 913.10 shall be deemed guilty of a second degree misdemeanor.
