EDITOR'S NOTE: The provisions of Ohio R.C. 1901.01 established a Municipal Court for the City of Fairborn which has territorial jurisdiction within Bath Township in Greene County. The powers and duties of the Court are as provided for in Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1901.
