Access for each residential use shall be as follows:
(a) For single family, duplex and fourplex dwellings, no more than one access drive per unit with a minimum width of 10 feet and a maximum width of 18 feet.
(b) For multiple family dwellings, no more than two ingress/egress points into the off-street parking area with a minimum width of 20 feet and a maximum width of 30 feet.
(c) Residential driveways and parking pads shall be set back a minimum of three feet from any side lot line.
