111.02  ORDER OF BUSINESS.
   The business of regular meetings of the Council shall be conducted in the following order:
   (a)    Mayor's Call to Order;
   (b)    Roll call;
   (c)    Pledge of Allegiance;
   (d)    Approval of minutes;
   (e)    Prescheduled;
   (f)   Old business;
   (g)    New business;
   (h)   Citizen comments;
   (i)   City Manager’s report;
   (j)    City Council Comment and Reports and communications from the Mayor and other City officials;
   (k)    Adjournment.
