Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.16 of the City of Fairborn Charter, the International Code Council’s International Property Maintenance Code, 2015 Edition, Chapter One through Eight, published and complied by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted by the City of Fairborn as amended.
