SECTION 7.05 DETERMINATION OF ELECTION RESULTS.
   (a)    Number of Votes. Each elector shall be entitled to vote for as many candidates for Mayor and City Council as there are persons to be elected.
 
   (b)    Regular Election. At any regular municipal election held under the provisions of this Charter, the candidates for the office of Mayor and Councilpersons in number equal to the vacancies to be filled, who shall have received the greatest number of votes cast, shall be declared elected. A tie between two or more candidates for the office of Mayor or Councilpersons shall be decided by lot under the direction of the election authorities as provided by General Election Laws of the State of Ohio.
