In addition to any other fees specified in this chapter, any person or persons submitting plans requiring review under the Ohio Building Code shall pay a plan review fee. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the plan review fee shall be assessed at the current City contractor hourly rate for plan review, and is based upon time necessary for the particular plan review. Any actual costs for transporting or otherwise processing plans shall also be charged.
