1119.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of these Subdivision Regulations is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day’s continuance of the violation shall constitute a separate offense.
