The subdivider shall design and construct improvements meeting the standards outlined in these regulations. The work shall be done under City supervision and inspection and shall be completed within the time fixed or agreed upon by the City. The minimum requirements for materials shall be in accordance with City of Fairborn Construction and Materials Specifications, and the requirements of the County Health Department. The City shall be permitted at any time to test materials being used for conformity to Fairborn Construction and Materials Specifications. All required improvements shall be maintained in a satisfactory condition by the subdivider between construction and final acceptance of such improvements by the City.
