The City Engineer shall review final plat applications and report to Council whether the final plat is in substantive compliance with the preliminary plan, as well as, City ordinances and standards. The City Engineer shall submit any substantive deviations from the preliminary plan to the Planning Board for consideration. The Planning Board shall then submit their recommendations to Council within thirty days.
