An application for the approval of the final plat shall be submitted on forms provided by the City with:
(a) Eight copies of the final plat map; and
(b) Eight copies of profiles and cross-sections of streets, sanitary and storm sewers, water mains, curbs and gutters and all other construction drawings and the related estimated construction costs of the improvements to be constructed in the subdivision.
When all the above information is provided twenty working days prior to its meeting, Council shall consider the application. Council may consider an application if all the above information is received ten working days prior to the Council meeting.
