An application for approval of the preliminary plat shall be submitted to the City on forms provided, together with:
(a) At least seven copies of the preliminary plat;
(b) One copy of the proposed protective covenants and restrictions;
(c) Twenty copies of the preliminary development plat in summary form at any scale fitting an eight and one-half inch by eleven inch sheet of paper; and
(d) Such supplementary information as may be required.
When all the above information is provided twenty working days prior to its meeting, the Planning Board shall consider the application. When all the above information is provided ten working days prior to its meeting, the Planning Board may consider the application.
