1112.38 PUBLIC WAY.

"Public way" means an alley, avenue, boulevard, bridge, channel, ditch, easement, expressway, freeway, highway, land, parkway, right of way, road, sidewalk, street, subway, tunnel, viaduct, walkway or other way in which the general public or a public entity have a right, or which are dedicated, whether improved or not.
