(a) No person shall construct or cause to be constructed a partition fence from barbed wire.
(b) This section shall apply only to fences within areas zoned for residential use.
(c) No person shall construct, erect, maintain or use for any purpose any fence charged with electrical current within the corporate limits of the City.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
