1480.04 WATER CLOSETS.

All dwellings shall provide for the installation of water closets in roofs or compartments separated from other portions of the dwelling by partitions extending from floor to ceiling, with an entrance provided by a solid door. Except as provided in Section 1480.03, all water closets in dwellings shall be connected with public sewers and public water mains.
