610.12 ALTERNATE METHOD OF APPOINTMENT OF AIR POLLUTION HEARING BOARD.

If within six months of the passage of this chapter (Ordinance 49-70, passed July 8, 1970) a minimum of three municipalities have not made similar provisions as set forth in Section 610.11 then the Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint the Air Pollution Hearing Board called for in Section 610.10 without regard for the provisions of Section 610.11.
