§ 33.066 ROLE OF THE COMMITTEE.
   The Eureka Energy Committee will:
   (A)   Serve in an advisory capacity to the Council and city staff in all matters pertaining to climate change, energy efficiency, energy conservation and conversion to greener energy sources within the community.
   (B)   Advise the City Council, Commissions, or city staff as appropriate on the potential ways for the city to generate its own energy.
