(A) Any violations relating to potentially dangerous animals will result in a minimum fine of $500; the maximum fine will be set by the Fee Schedule as amended from time to time.
(B) Any violations relating to vicious animals will result in a minimum fine of $1,000; the maximum fine will be set by the Fee Schedule as amended from time to time.
(C) Any violation relating to nuisance animals will be an infraction, punishable as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
