§ 150.401 AUTHORITY.
   This subchapter is adopted pursuant to the authority granted to the City of Eureka by Assembly Bill 1236 (Chiu, 2015) of the California Government Code, that creates an expedited and streamlined permitting process for electrical vehicle charging stations.
