§ 150.186 COST RECOVERY; PERSONAL OBLIGATION.
   If the Abatement Hearing Officer orders that a charge shall be a personal obligation of the property owner, he or she shall direct the City Attorney or the Finance Division to collect the same on behalf of the City by the use of all appropriate legal remedies.
