§ 50.211 FAILURE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE.
   The failure of a property owner to repair or replace a sewer lateral within the time frames stated in this chapter.
   (A)   Shall be deemed a public nuisance subject to administrative citations or other remedies in conformance with Chapter 10 of this code.
   (B)   Shall relieve the city, its officers, employees and agents from any liability, damages, or claims resulting from a sewer backup, regardless of where the blockage occurs.
