§ 50.210 FEES.
   The city may charge fees for lower lateral replacement, inspections, inspection review, issuing lateral certificates and other activities associated with the administration of this code and shall adopt and amend such fees by resolution of the City Council as necessary to ensure recovery of all associated costs.
