If, upon review of inspection results, the city determines that the sewer lateral is not in conformance with the above listed standards, a notice to repair shall be issued. The notice shall include a listing of defects observed and a time frame for repair and shall conform with the requirements for service of administration citations under Chapter 10 of this code.
